Questions, answered
Onboarding, integrations, billing, support. If your question is not here, ask us and we will answer it the same day.
How long does onboarding take?
Most operators are running within a day of the kickoff session. We import your existing reservations, configure your sites and train your team in that session.
Which booking platforms can you capture from?
Parkos, AlloPark and other channels are supported through direct integration or automatic capture from your booking mailbox.
Can I manage several parkings from one account?
Yes. Multi-site is part of the plan. Add a parking licence for each site, with role-based access so an operator only sees their own.
Is my data hosted in Europe?
Yes. Data is hosted in EU regions with encryption at rest and in transit, and exports are available at any time.
Does it work with our barriers and plate recognition?
Yes. We build custom integrations with the equipment already on site, including ANPR plate recognition, barriers and payment terminals. Installation is carried out by a local partner near your parking.
What happens to the bookings already in our current tool?
We import them before you go live, with their source, their price and their commission attached. Nothing is retyped and nothing is lost.
What is a parking management system (PMS)?
A parking management system, or PMS, is the software a car park operator runs the business on: it holds the reservations, the arrivals and departures, the staff rota and the money taken on site. In parking the acronym means parking management system. In hotels the same three letters mean property management system, which is a different product for a different industry.
Is a parking PMS the same as a hotel property management system?
No. They share an acronym and nothing else. A hotel PMS manages rooms, rates and guest folios. A parking PMS manages spaces, arrivals and vehicles, and for an airport car park it also has to manage a shuttle, a key handover and reservations arriving from resellers the operator does not control.
What does centralising parking bookings mean?
It means every reservation lands in one queue whatever channel it came from: a reseller such as Parkos, your own website, a monitored booking mailbox, an import, or the desk. Centralisation is not a report that merges them afterwards. It is one list the team works from, where each booking keeps the source and the reference it arrived with, so a double sale or a missing arrival is visible before the customer is standing in front of you.
What is ParkAgenda?
ParkAgenda is booking and operations software for airport car parks that run a shuttle, a valet service or arrival reception. It centralises reservations from every channel into one queue, then runs the arrivals, departures, shuttle legs, vehicle check-in, staff rota and the cash taken on site, across every car park an operator holds.
